We are confident you will love your Undieversals. However, if for some reason, as a first time customer, you do not feel they meet your expectations, let us know with a detailed reason why and we will refund the cost, minus the shipping cost.

Returns Policy

Obviously, for hygienic reasons, we can not accept the return of opened and used Undieversals.

So for the return of unopened packaging we will credit or refund you within 30 days of your purchase.

If eligible for return, please use a tracked return postal service so you can ensure the package is not mislaid.

Once we have received your package, your approved refund will be processed and credit automatically will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
